By default you can commit to your fork only, unless you are added as a collaborator. I've added Harish, Shirish and Balu to the team. They can add more people as required. 2. Anyone not in the team need to send a merge request to get it in the upstream repo. 3. Someone has to pull the changes to the web hosting machine. harish, shirish, Send me your gpg key personally and I'll share the password. I have Balu's key.
