What about improving debsign to understand both?
It seems to me that "DEBSIGN_foo" is specific to "debsign" while "DEB_foo"
is something that is more widely supported at the Debian level. Thus it
seems more natural to me that debsign should understand DEB_SIGN_KEYID
(and should still prefer DEBSIGN_KEYID if it exists).
