Bug#292454: 'man dpkg': "medium-level package manager" -- in 2005 it's "low-level"

Package: dpkg
Version: 1.10.26
Severity: minor

	man dpkg | grep -n medium
	6:       dpkg - a medium-level package manager for Debian
	24: dpkg is a medium-level tool to install, build, remove and manage Debian

If 'dpkg' is "medium-level", what's low-level?  I can't think of
any; a 2005 low to high scale might look like:

  low ------>  medium ---------> high

  dpkg         apt               gnome-apt
               dselect           synaptic
                                 feta
                                 wajig

...etc.

Hope this helps...
