Well, type-handling syntacticaly complete but it's still a hack.  With this
patch we get dpkg to handle Cpu/System natively instead of feeding it
preprocessed information.

I wrote type-handling with the idea that it'd eventualy be obsoleted by
proper split cpu/system detection in dpkg.  As the type-handling maintainer,
I'll stop endorsing it once superceeden by dpkg.
