The patches i posted are completely misleading. Thanks Tollef Fog Heen for the check and the doc pointer. The behaviour is conistant , in all the functions if no alternatives are found 0 is returned. So having --list return 0 when no alternative file is found make sense to keep everything in sync. I ll reset the title and severity asap. Thanks for your patience Alban
