When running 'dpkg --help', we see:
Use `dselect' or 'aptitude' for user-friendly package management.
The quotation mark styles here are inconsistent. This should be either '...' or
`...', and probably the latter, as I believe the latter style is used elsewhere
throughout dpkg (even though it looks awful on most fonts these days. ;) ).
