Bug#250281: md5sum(1) says "asterix", means "asterisk"
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.10.21
Severity: minor
-b Use binary mode. In unix environment, only difference between
this and the normal mode is an asterix preceding the filename in
the output.
An asterisk is the '*' character. Asterix is, apparently, a cartoon character.
