Bug#120970: dpkg-doc description should refer to debian-policy instead of packaging-manual

Package: dpkg-doc
Version: 1.10.20
Severity: normal
Followup-For: Bug #120970

-- System Information:
Debian Release: testing/unstable
  APT prefers testing
  APT policy: (500, 'testing')
Architecture: i386 (i686)
Kernel: Linux 2.4.20-18.9
Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C

-- no debconf information

dpkg-doc's description is out of date:

Debian /var/lib/apt/lists # apt-get install packaging-manual
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package packaging-manual is not available, but is referred to by another
package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  debian-policy
E: Package packaging-manual has no installation candidate
Debian /var/lib/apt/lists #
