Bug#238334: dpkg: -x changes the permissions of the target dir

Hello,

If I do a  dpkg -x <package_name> <target_directory>, the
permissions of the target directory are changed to 
rwxr-xr-x  root root  

(I had my /tmp (1777 permission) changed this way :-/ )
