Bug#237684: dpkg: --debug=2 should give exact invocation of maintainer script

dpkg --debug=2 says that it invokes a maintainer script
D000002: fork/exec /var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/preinst ( )
Unpacking replacement ssh ...
D000002: fork/exec /var/lib/dpkg/info/ssh.postrm ( )

I think it should show the exact command line it invokes. Being able
to invoke the maintainer script exactly the same way like dpkg does
would greatly ease debugging.
