Bug#136183: dpkg: Add the "vi" alternative to the "editor" alternative

| It would be good if the default installation would have /usr/bin/vi
| (managed by the "vi" alternative) as one of the alternative for
| "editor", so that changing one's "vi" alternative could also affect
| the "editor" alternative automagically.

I'd imagine that this would have to be done by any packages providing
the vi alternatative, or would this require support in dpkg itself?
