reassign -1 dictionaries-common

Bug#206074: base-files - please remove unused /usr/{dict,info}
Bug reassigned from package `dpkg' to `dictionaries-common'.

Hi Bastian, and sorry for the late reply

I am preparing a new release of dictionaries-common that no longer sets the /usr/dict symlink. While I considered to remove it unconditionally, sysadmins might want to put it back for their convenience (obsolete programs and so on), and removing it from package postinst will remove their setting, so this package simply does not set it. Trying to remove it in a semi intelligent way required some play with debconf and I doubt it worths. However the link will be removed on dictionaries-common removal.

Since this link was added after a wishlist-bug (#110632) and was not present in previous Debian releases (there was a /usr/dict/words -> /usr/share/dict/words symlink), an upgrade from woody will result in the symlink no longer being present, what will happen in most systems.

Cheers,
