Bug#206500: dpkg: mouse within xterm - undesirable
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.10.10
Severity: wishlist
I really don't know where to report this: apt/dpkg/dialog etc
Enabling the mouse when dpkg-reconfiguring (or whatever) is
undesirable. At least, there should be an easy to set configuration
for whether or not it should be used.
My reason is that I try to copy some text from a dialog, and I can't,
because dialog interprets any mouse use as me trying to click on a
button - even if there is not a button in sight. I have to suspend the
configuration, copy the text, then paste into other xterm then
foreground the config again.
