Bug#190049: dpkg-source -i should default to ignoriing .svn dirs as well

Package: dpkg-dev
Version: 1.10.9
Severity: normal

With subversion beginning to be used for debian development, it would be
good if dpkg-source -i ignored subversion dirs as well as the CVS dirs
and other stuff it ignores by default.
