The complaint is fully justified. However, you should not lose the information which package is concerned. Thus something like dpkg - Warnung: Während des Entfernens des Pakets mc-common konnte Das Verzeichnis »/etc/mc« nicht entfernt werden, da es nicht leer ist. is better. Cheers T.
