Here's a way to do what you want with a virtual package.

gs
   Provides: gs-suitable-for-magicfilter
gs-aladdin 
   Provides: gs
   Provides: gs-suitable-for-magicfilter
magicfilter
   Suggests: gs-suitable-for-magicfilter

You get the idea.
