Package: dpkg-dev
Version: 1.9.17
Severity: normal

Hello,

The control file of my pari package look like

Source: pari
Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 1.1.17),tetex-bin,tetex-extra,libreadline4-dev,xlib
s-dev,libncurses5-dev
Build-Depends-Indep:
Section: math
Priority: optional
Maintainer: Bill Allombert <ballombe@debian.org>
Standards-Version: 3.5.5.0

dpkg-checkbuilddeps output is

dpkg-checkbuilddeps: Unmet build dependencies: Section: math

So either I have make a stupid mistake, either dpkg-checkbuilddeps does not
accept the empty Build-Depends-Indep: which I feel is legible.

Best regards,

Bill <ballombe@debian.org>
