It depends on the exact questions and their order, which is
something that can change. Look at /var/cache/debconf and the files
in there, and try copying those to another machine and then reconfiguing
debconf to be non-interactive.
Also please note this is off-topic for this list, since debconf is
not a part of dpkg.
