Subject: DFSG menu option for dselect

I would like to suggest that a seventh option be added to dselect's main
menu. The new menu option would display the DFSG. This way, the DFSG
would be readily available.
Second, a "footnote" type message telling the user to look at the DFSG for
a definition of "non-free" when s/he has a non-free package highlighted in
dselect would also be good.
In any case, the DFSG menu option seems like a really good thing to have.
