Bug#24589: dpkg: cant use catalog for "dpkg --help"

I can't use the catalogs for "dpkg --help".
The msgid for "#: dpkg/main.c:57" in po/en.ps is truncated at "Options:"
It causes mismatch with the source dpkg/main.c.
