the attached patch fix two errors in refcard-9.0.3/po4a/zh_TW.po

the first one is a translation error.
“停止，重启，关闭系统。” means "Stop, restart, shut down the system."

 msgid "Shuts down system."

the second one is a typo error.

It's obvious even if you doesn't understand Chinese.
