I'd like to add a note in the jessie release-notes that the
armel/iop32x subarch was removed.

I have two questions:
1) Do you think this paragraph should be limited to armel or not?
2) Is there a tag to use for subarchitectures?

Any other comments?

Not in my knowledge.

Your text seems fine, I only put it in the beginning of the chapter, as
for "i386 is now i686".

And as there was no other comments, I commit it in r11414.
