I was searching for gender-specific language to correct across all the
documentation that is part of DDP

That’s a comment (i.e not visible to our users), from a translated file
(I’d assume now handled with po4a), from an old version (etch) not even
built anymore, so nothing to fix here (i.e., please, do not touch those
old files).
