Bug#525668: developers-reference: Please mention quilt as a patch system

Package: developers-reference
Version: 3.4.1
Severity: wishlist

Section 6.1.2, "Separating your patches into multiple files" only
mentions dbs and dpatch. It would be good if there were a paragraph on
quilt, which is the most common patch system today.
