Bug#485969: 5.8.3: Please explain closing bugs in distributions other than unstable

Package: developers-reference
Severity: minor

5.8.3, 7 says "Once a corrected package is available in the unstable distribution,
you can close the bug. This can be done automatically, read When bugs are closed
by new uploads, Section 5.8.4."

This does not say anything about how to handle bugs closed in experimental, or
in security uploads.
