apt-howto/apt-howto.ko.sgml,v was broken indeed. I simply removed that
file before the conversion as it was the only one affected.

I wanted to reinject it at the end but I couldn't grab a copy through the
web interface, it also chokes on the web interface:

But it looks like apt-howto is no more maintained in this repository... so
there is no point in restoring that file. At least the apt-howto source
package contains a completely different structure, translations are built
around po files now.

Maybe now that the move to SVN is over, we can again centralize a bit more
and convince various maintainers to work in the same repository.

Another point, I added an item in the upcoming "Misc Developer News" to
spread the information a bit more widely. Feel free to add some
