Yes. I really do not undersand your thought on the volunteer project. Do you expect others to do lots of work...? It is fair for you to file a wishlist bug for clarification and it will be appreciated. But when you start requesting lots of work for lower priority work urgently to other volunters, I am not quite sure it is good idea or not.
