[PATCH] Fix a typo in the Etch Release Notes: "the upgrade" may well be "then upgrade"

Hi,

  the recommended way to install &releasename; is to first install
  a (minimal) woody system, the upgrade to &oldreleasename; and finally to
  &releasename;.

If I am correct (and if it is OK to fix a trivial mistake under the
freeze), could you please apply this patch?
