#412602 won't be fixed for etch, so it would be nice if this could be
added somewhere in the release notes:

  If you are using the experimental ITK MPM (from the apache2-mpm-itk
  package), the cgi module will not be correctly enabled by default. To
  properly enable it, you will need to disable mod_cgid and enable
  mod_cgi manually. As root run:

    cd /etc/apache2/mods-enabled
    rm cgid.conf cgid.load
    ln -s ../mods-available/cgi.load .
    /etc/init.d/apache2 force-reload
