there is some new text about doc-base needing to be upgraded.
Where did this requirement come from please - maybe I missed it in the
list traffic.
Wouldn't it be useful to link to the relevant bug number(s)?
I took a look at b.d.o but couldn't see anything relevant filed
against doc-base.
