Hello.
We have some problems with translation of the following sentence from
Developer's Reference:
Before requesting a mailing list that relates to the development of a
package (or a small group of related packages), please consider if using
an alias (via a .forward-aliasname file on master.debian.org, which
translates into a reasonably nice you-aliasname@debian.org
address) or a self-managed mailing list on Alioth
is more appropriate.
Could someone explain this issue a bit wider? Could you show example of
such an alias? None of us has account on Debian's machine so it's quite
hard to check it ;)
