I made patch available to apt-howto and doc-debian. (e-mailed to Gustavo
and Josip.)  Of course debian-reference has been patched.

   /usr/share/doc/Debian/apt-howto/index.??.html
   /usr/share/doc/Debian/??/apt-howto.{ps,pdf,txt}

??=en,fr,pt_BR
