'howtos' package : potential update-volunteer

hello.

what's the process for getting a new 'howto' into the '*howto*.deb' doc package?

and here's someone who would like to work on the massive reaping of out-dated
docs.

( and wml looks interesting . maybe i could have saved some time, if coming
across that well-enough before XML and XSLT. but XSLT still seems really neat. )

and linux for kids! neat!

scratchpad:

some step-by-step intros might be nice, to help folks to get the most out of
their system, and to see exactly how much they've been missing when coralled
into microsoft-ville. and/or maybe like a periodic community workshop.
free-ed.net might appreciate a word about this, too.

it's nice to breathe some fresh air, outside the windows!

and an idea, towards funding:
i came across some grants-information, for educating the public about
computers.

if we can help folks to come to terms with the internals of these machines, it
may help, quite a bit.

and can someone point me towards the marketing-department ?

( software in the public interest.

this is what Stallman seems to have balked at, in a piece that i saw by his
authorship.
and keeping the balance.

good days ahead, perhaps. )
