I've been trying to free up enough time to work on dwww, but things
have not gone as planned here timewise.

Seeing that the big freeze is tomorrow, I think it's going to be
impossible to correct the outstanding bugs in dwww in time.  I'm
mid-way through a major reorganization/cleanup of the code - what I've
currently got is not in a releaseable state.  So I think it's going to
be best to yank it out of the hamm release.  The truly dedicated dwww
fans will still be able to fetch it out of slink.  And dhelp will be
in hamm anyways.

In the next few weeks, when I get further into the dwww overhaul, I'm
going to do redo it so it works really nicely with doc-base.
