How about IANA port assignments, would that go in here?
Looks like the section should be called "Reference Materials" or
"Computer Reference Material"? I guess you're looking at larger
reference and documentation that is not Debian-specific? Would
documents on SGML (i.e., an SGML tutorial, etc) go in here?
