I assume you're writing it with debiandoc-sgml, right?  Are we gearing
this for inclusion in doc-base itself?  Or for inclusion in the
policy?  Personally, I see it as part of doc-base, at least for as far
in the future as I can see.

Perhaps we should build doc-base out of CVS?  I'm already managing
doc-base source in CVS locally.  Let me know if I should contact
<debian-admin> and ask them to set up a repository at the standard
location.  Perhaps a lower-overhead solution would be if you simply
emailed me drafts -- whatever is okay with me.

I don't think two or three or even four are too deep.  Christian, I am
a little behind in email; I think my reaction was against the *first*
proposal you made.
