licenserecon Build-Depends on fp-compiler: presumably it's written in Pascal? So anything that Depends on licenserecon is affected by any unfixed RC bugs in fp-compiler.
(Method: I ran `dak rm -R -n fpc` on coccia and looked for debmake-related packages in its output.)
