I'm confused.  In Andreas Tille's annoouncement[1] dated 2025-10-26,
when he announced the DFSG team, it appears that he revoked the
FTPMaster delegation.  Am I missing something?

   "This new team is spun off from the former FTP Master team. With its
   creation, the previous FTP Master delegation is revoked. The delegation
   is not time-limited and will remain in effect until further changes by
   the present or a future Project Leader."
