nanta is a powerful command-line tool designed to simplify simultaneous
SSH command execution across multiple remote hosts. It enhances
workflows, automates repetitive tasks, and improves efficiency for
system administrators and developers managing distributed systems.
I am a newcomer to Debian packaging, and Ananta is first python package
I am trying to prepare.
I chose this project because it is small, well-structured, has minimal
dependencies, and serves a clear purpose — which makes it ideal for
learning how Debian packaging works. I also use this tool personally to
manage multiple remote servers, and I find it helpful for simple command
execution tasks over SSH.
I plan to maintain this package under the Debian Python Team. As I am
still learning, I may need a sponsor to help with the initial upload. I
also welcome any feedback or guidance from the community as I go through
this process.
