So using netplan is optional. The system will work as before without
netplan. netplan won't replace any packages. NM, systemd-networkd or
ifupdown* are still required with or without netplan.
What are we discussing here, actually? Making someones pet project
default to increase the install count? No thanks. That's bloat.
