@Alastair  As a suggestion, multiply your announcement with a post on
https://fortran-lang.discourse.group/.  For one, subscribers there could help
you in one way, or an other with their experience gained e.g., by developing
and maintaining the Fortran package manager (fpm).  For two, some are involved
in the programmatic modernization of old FORTRAN77 into modern day Fortran
(like SimCon's Fortran partner, fpt), or like to contribute to other Fortran
related tools (e.g., fprettify).
