This is not the correct way to file an ITP report. Could you install
reportbug and and run reportbug using the package name wnpp? And then
follow the prompts.

By the way, I believe discord is not suitable for packaging in Debian
main since it does not follow the Debian Free Software Guidelines.
However, it may be possible to package it in non-free.
