This is the very first piece of software loaded by the CPU during boot.

Its purpose is to prepare the HW for the execution of OpenSBI and all
the subsequent stages of the boot, like U-Boot and Linux.

Depending on your board, it might be needed to build a bootable media
or just be programmed in an internal flash.
