Description : WebM parser library and command-line tools
This package is the WebM parser library developed by the WebM Project
under Google Chromium source trees. It is required by a Kodi binary-addon,
'kodi-inputstream-adaptive', which in turn is required by IPTV Kodi add-on,
'kodi-pvr-iptvsimple' that many users do use to watch IPTV/OTT streams.
The last tagged release of libwebm was 1.0.27 from 2015. I tried reaching
the upstream but got no answer from them for ~45 days. I decided to package
it separately to get rid of outdated "embedded convenience copy" inside
'kodi-inputstream-adaptive'.
The resulting package builds and runs fine with latest tagged releases of:
- kodi (2:19.0~beta2+dfsg1-1),
- kodi-pvr-iptvsimple (7.0.2-1),
- kodi-inputstream-adaptive (3.4.0+ds1-1)
