This binary add-on allows playing HLS/DASH/Smoothstream streams in Kodi.
It has an interface to third-party decryptors like wvdecryptor and is required
by IPTV Simple Kodi plugin in version 19.0 "Matrix".

The add-on also uses the WebM parser library from Chromium project, that I
have packaged separately as 'libwebm'. There will be another ITP bug for it.
