 The package metricsql implements the MetricsQL
 (https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/wiki/MetricsQL)
 and PromQL

 parsers in Go.

This is a required dependency for victoria-metrics.

I've got the tested and working packaging which I'll push into salsa once
this bug has been filed.
