Oh, and I forgot: I don't think adding new /bin/python3 ->
/usr/bin/python3 symlinks (repeat for everything else in
/usr/{bin,sbin} and possibly some parts of lib) to all packages is a
desirable goal.

One point is *not* having / to know about the contents /usr.  That was
discussed many times in the past and I don't think we need to revisit
it.
