I don't know which package causes this problem. The thing is ugrading Debian 9 disables
 my GPU hardware acceleration
    I did:  sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y

However, at this time it looks more like a support request, and the
bug tracker - especially the "general" package - is not well-suited
for this.

Once there is a clear bug identified, please file a new report
against the package having the bug.
