Here's an example from a package I converted to dh in the last year or
so:

I'm not sure where I should send this so that the next person with
your question finds it (other than just posting it to -devel when it
seems relevant).
I highly recommend the approach of writing a comment next to each
override etc., explaining what it's there for.
