Win32::Exe parses and manipulating Win32 PE/COFF executable headers,
 including version information, icons, manifest and other resources.

As far as I can see, Debian doesn't contain yet any perl module for parsing
Win32 PE/COFF executable headers.

The package would be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group.
